  • 400 g Selga biscuits
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g cocoa

Crumble biscuits into pieces. In a pot, while stirring, heat eggs with sugar. Add pieces of butter and continue stirring until sugar and butter have melted. Gradually stir in cocoa powder. Pour it over biscuits. Put the paste on foil or butter-paper in shape of 5 cm diameter roll and wrap tight. Leave in cold place for one hour. When cooled, slice and serve. Bon appetit!
